Quistis has two main outfits that you see her wearing during the game. The first is the most common, her traditional field clothes that she wears during most of the game and the second is her SeeD/Instructor uniform that she only wears at the beginning of the game and during the Dollet mission. Below I will describe what they look like.
º Everyday Wear - Quistis' everyday clothes are really stylish and I think they are really original and cool looking! I've never seen another character that has similar clothing to her. Her hair is up in this half bun type thing held back by a black clip. She lets two locks of her hair fall down from the side of her face. (I think it looks very pretty.) Her shirt is a pinkish-red and it goes around her neck. Her shoulders are bare. The shirt goes down below her chest and breaks off reveling her bellybutton. (cool belly shirts! ^_^) The front of the shirt has a zipper that goes up to her neck. On her arms she wears these dark brown glove like things that go all the way down to her hands. They connect to her shirt by two straps that have buttons that attach to her shirt. Her belt is a dark blue color
and she has a matching skirt to go with her top. She has a belt looped off to the side of her hips (which I guess is for storing her whip) and a smaller chain belt that is just for decoration. Her boots go up to her knees and the tops are covered by her long skirt.
º Uniform - Quistis' SeeD/Instructor uniform looks very nice on her though she doesn't wear it very much during the game. It's mostly black with red, blue, and gold on it as well. It's a long sleeve shirt that has a collar and a black skirt. She wears black boots with it and I think she looks pretty in it. Normally, when she's wearing this outfit, you see her wearing her glasses. I'm not quite sure if her glasses are reading glasses or not, but my guess is that they are. All of the students at the Garden wear it so it's kind of a given that it's the uniform of the students of the Garden and the faculty.
